Who Is God?

God is a word so heavy with the usage down through ages that modern mystics look for new words to convey their message. But if I want to keep it simple, I should say God is Good. God is the sum total of all goodness. Wherever you find hope, faith, trust, compassion, charity, friendship, love, peace, light, happiness, help, kindness, guidance and other such positive values, you feel God is around you.

Godliness is nothing but touch of life. Life is God. God is life. Reality, unity, totality and harmony is one awareness pervading whole existence. You may call it by any name it remains the same and it remains beyond names.

What about bad values then?

Where do they come from?

Do they not come from God too?

Yes they do. A simple analogy would be to ask where does shadow come from?

Shadow is created when enough light doesn’t reach at some place. It’s the absence of light. It’s merely a contrast. But light pervades all. Darkness doesn’t have any existence in and by itself. Light defines darkness.

When the long-lost son meets the father after a long time, father loves him even more than before. This and other such parables suggest that consciousness is searching itself in an eternal game and myriads of forms need darkness to deeply experience light. God is simply the super-set of positive values. God is light. God is love. God is peace. God is bliss. God is life. God is. Existence is. Truth is. Being. Is.

All of them are synonyms. If you see differences, you don’t see closely.

    1. Hello Imran πŸ™‚

Please accept my apologies for late response πŸ™‚

This is such a beautiful message about almighty that I can’t appreciate it in words. Must be because it comes directly from him and inspired the prophet, his beloved. I really respect all religions and their message. Though I feel each one of us should experience this deep truth by practicing his faith, meditation and prayer. Thanks a ton for sharing this beautiful message with us.

      Have a lovely day.

      Love, light and peace ❀
